Jane has been teaching Tai Chi in the greater Belfast area for over 2 decades, and loves to share her passion for Tai Chi and all its benefits with any who are interested. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. It brings about calm, and builds strength, heart health, serenity, flexibility, co-ordination and enhances mental health. There are to many benefits to mention here. Jane is teaching via Zoom at present, but hopes to reopen standard Tai Chi classes when possible. Her Stranmillis University College Life Long Learning class will reopen in February, circumstances allowing. Tai Chi, like any activity should be practiced with the guidance of a teacher for the best outcome, and reduce the risk of injury.
