The Cathedral Quarter Trust (CQT) is recruiting for a part-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the CQT Director across all areas of activity. This is a newly created position within the Trust and is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the organisation.
CQT co-ordinates and delivers a range of initiatives and projects in the Cathedral Quarter. CQT’s flagship project is the annual delivery of Culture Night Belfast, Northern Ireland’s largest free showcase of arts and cultural activity.
The ideal candidate will be an organised self-starter with an interest in arts, culture and heritage. They will have 2+ years’ administrative experience with good IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). This is a varied role that will include a range of areas of work including diary management and organising meetings; providing support to the CQT Board including taking notes and writing minutes; finance administration; office management and general administrative support.
ANNUAL SALARY: ££23,541 – 24,491 (pro-rata).
HOURS: 22.5 hours per week (flexible, days to be agreed).
This position is offered on a 6-month fixed term basis initially.
