Belfast gallery ArtisAnn is presenting an online exhibition, Creative Undoing, by Carol Graham RUA until Saturday 1st May.
Carol Graham is a well-established and critically acclaimed artist whose work is held in many important collections.
This includes the permanent collections of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the Ulster Museum.
Carol’s work is also held in private collections, public institutions, businesses and galleries across the UK, Ireland, USA, South Africa and Australia.
Stemming from her work with art therapy groups, this new development in Carol’s work derives from collages using photocopied fragments that are then ‘filled in’ using acrylic, oil, and other mixed media. Over time, the space between the fragmented photographs assumed a greater importance and became the focal point of these exciting new works.
All artworks are available to buy, and can be delivered free of charge.
You can also buy art from this exhibition through the Arts Council supported, Own Art scheme, which gives you an interest-free loan over 10 months (and you still get to take the art home immediately after the exhibition ends).
