BBC Academy’s Digital Cities Virtual is back for 2021 with a host of events tailored towards anyone who currently works in or aspires to work in TV and the related creative industries.

The event, which features a host of online masterclasses, panel sessions, workshops and expert advice sessions will run from the 26 – 28 January 2021. The BBC have teamed up with top UK media organisations such as Channel4, Screenskills, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Northern Ireland Screen and the Edinburgh International Festival, to name but a few.

The events are completely free of charge and feature talks from a host of experts including award winning radio Journalist and Podcast Coach Clare Freeman on how to build your community and get started with your Podcast idea, Line of Duty’s Jed Mercurio will be giving a masterclass on his experiences being a writer, director, producer and novelist and you can join LA Smith, talent development executive as she explores the hidden world of the location manager.
