World peace through finding personal peace
21 September is World Peace Day, as well as You Know What!
Our world is currently in a state of constant change with recent attention on episodes of fear, war and conflict. Consequently there is a growing sense of disillusionment as to whether world peace is achievable and in check with reality. This public talk aims to empower people with the ability to experience a deep inner peace. From the personal experience of inner peace comes the realization that outer peace is possible. The talk further aims to explore how subtle, everyday positive thoughts and actions can create significant positive changes in ourselves and our world. The talk will provide simple and practical meditations which can have profound effects and create the belief that through the power of personal intention world peace can be created.
